Are you seriously considering a career in dance, but don´t know how to prepare for it? Would you like to become more acquainted with dance on a more intensive level even if you don´t wish to pursue a dance career?

Danceworks berlin offers a 5 month preparatory program titled “Dance as a Profession”. Our preparatory program has been in existence for 10 years, and we are proud of our past record in preparing students for a professional education and bringing dance studies to non-dancers.

Even if you have no previous experience in contemporary dance, ballet, or jazz dance, you are welcome to join and become  acquainted with dance on a more intense level.

Our 5 month program, beginning in Feb. and Sept, is devoted to acquiring strength and understanding strong basic technique skills, through a variety of contemporary dance techniques, ballet, street dance/jazz, floor- barre and body conditioning. Your creative  potential to express yourself will be nurtured through composition and improvisation.

Classes are held daily Monday through Friday from 4 to 8pm.
